Primary responsibility for the Museum's Volunteer Program which includes interviewing, on-boarding, training, tracking, supervising and handling formal recognition activities. Elizabeth M. and P. T. Reilly Internship 
Northern Arizona University Cline Library (Flagstaff AZ)

Work closely with Special Collections and Archives staff to develop a photographic exhibition showcasing images from the David Muench Photography records. 10 consecutive weeks between May and August 2025, with specific dates based upon the successful candidate’s availability; in general the intern will be expected to work 40 hours per week: 32 hours onsite Monday-Thursday 8 AM – 5 PM, and 8 hours of offsite remote work on Friday. Museum Education Specialist (Arts & Culture Specialist) 
Tempe History Museum (Tempe AZ)

Responsible for planning and implementing informal education programs, tours, workshops, and camps at Tempe History Museum and sites operated by the museum; supports education initiatives with schools and other organizations; and implements revenue-generating youth programmatic activities.  In addition to museum-initiated programming, the specialist assists in implementing educational programming in collaboration with museum partners and stakeholder groups; and supports museum outreach activities at off-site locations such as historic houses, festivals and events.  This position trains and oversees the work of docents, volunteers and temporary staff engaged in educational roles. Salary Range: $64,314 - $85,537. Registrar/Collections Manager

Responsible for the registration, cataloguing, movement, safekeeping, storage, and conservation management of all collections; oversee occasional interns, contractors, and volunteers; contribute to the preparation and installation of exhibitions; and provide reference services related to the collections and acquisitions.
