Program Coordinator -- Arizona Chief Science Officers

Business and Operations Manager
390th Memorial Museum (Tucson AZ)

An essential team member who wears several hats and enables nearly all museum functions to occur, from assuring the facilities run properly and safely, to supporting the retail and other fundraising activities. This position actively supports all other team members by assuring proper operations are maintained and providing specialized information or records as needed by the team. The position is supported by a portfolio of contractors who carry out much of the facilities work in the museum. Membership & Annual Giving Coordinator

Key activities focus on enrollment, fulfillment outreach, and retention efforts for an average of 3,000+ member households annually. The Coordinator also supports the expansion of the Foundation’s annual giving efforts and is an integral part of a collaborative, professional, customer-centric department dedicated to furthering the Foundation's mission and impact.  Target starting rate of $20/hour.   [0717]

Arizona Mining, Mineral and Natural Resources Education Museum (Phoenix, AZ)

The incumbent (founding Director) will be responsible for institutional vision and strategy: refining the vision for the institution as its founding Director through the development of a strategic plan and related documents (e.g., a business plan); overseeing a building renovation project by coordinating the efforts of partners in UA Planning, Design, and Construction and private design and construction firms; and stewarding relationships with key internal and external stakeholders (e.g., state government). The incumbent will also engage in fundraising: cultivating, soliciting gifts from, and stewarding major donors/prospects. In addition, the incumbent will manage finances and personnel: overseeing the daily operations of the museum, including staff hiring and supervision, guest management, budget planning, and expenditures; overseeing the development of exhibits and collections; and supervising the development and delivery of educational programming related to natural resources for public enrichment and engagement. Initially, the incumbent's effort will be heavily weighted toward tasks related to vision, strategy, and fundraising. After the museum's building is renovated (planned to be complete in 2025), the incumbent's effort in the area of managing finances and personnel will increase. Salary $117,883 to $153,248, DOE. Associate Registrar (Temporary, Part-Time)
Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation/Taliesin West (Scottsdale AZ)

Assist the Director of Collections & Archives and the Registrar with packing, moving, rehousing, inventorying, and documenting the collections at Taliesin .   Working alongside staff, volunteers, interns, and outside contractors, the Associate Registrar ensures that all objects and materials are properly handled, transported, and stored while upgrades are completed to the collections storage buildings and their environment.   Salary: $25/hour.  30/hours week (with full benefits). 22 months. [0728] 

Development and Marketing Manager
Archaeology Southwest (Tucson AZ)

Focuses on leading and growing the annual fund, managing the organization’s special events, and donor stewardship initiatives; also responsible for effective and efficient use of resources and the donor management system (EveryAction) to measure and achieve development goals. The Development and Marketing Manager co-shares responsibility for maintaining the Archaeology Southwest website with the Director of Outreach.   Salary: $55,000 to $58,000 per year. [0806]

eCommerce and Inventory Specialist

Responsible for eCommerce execution and inventory management at the Frank Lloyd Wright Store, located at Taliesin West Working closely with the Store Manager and DRBS, the eCommerce and Inventory Specialist administers the Frank Lloyd Wright Store’s online operation including product selection/set-up, purchase order/invoice management, order fulfillment and response/resolution of online customer communication. This position supports the shipping and receiving procedures to ensure inventory flows smoothly and accurately in both the physical store and eCommerce site.  Salary: $20/hour.  [0808]

Archaeology Center Supervisor
Centre for Archaeological Field Training, Pima Community College (Tucson AZ)

Supervises, coordinates, and monitors operational activities in the Archaeology Centre, the campus based outdoor archaeology field classrooms, and in remote and environmentally hostile field settings. Collaborates directly with faculty and the Archaeology Centre Director to coordinate and implement student field and laboratory activities in a variety of settings.  Salary range: $52,500 to $81,400. Cultural Resource Database Specialist: Tonto National Monument
Archaeology Southwest

This position will use the site assessment and monitoring plan developed for Tonto National Monument to assess data quality and recommend procedures for database integration for a select group of parks and monuments in the Inter-Mountain Region (IMR) as a proof of concept. The ultimate goal will be to expand this database to include other units in the IMR. Work will focus on Tonto National Monument datasets, but the individual will also work with IMR regional staff to investigate workable strategies more broadly.  Annual Salary: $53,000 (fulltime 1-year), $26,500 (halftime 2-years).
