Education and Exhibits Coordinator (Part Time)
Tubac Presidio State Historic Park (Tubac AZ)

Responsible for the development and implementation of engaging, inquiry-based, interactive programming for visitors of all ages. The Coordinator will be responsible for the development and implementation of field trip experiences, in collaboration with the Visitor Experience Manager. Additionally, the Coordinator will support the planning, development, and implementation of museum exhibitions, including interpretive signage for gardens. As part of responsibilities over exhibits, the Education and Exhibits Coordinator will also lead the volunteer-based Collections Management Committee on the management and daily operations of the museum’s collections.  Up to 30 hours per week Salary: $20-22/hour. Community Engagement Coordinator (Part Time) 
Tubac Presidio State Historic Park (Tubac AZ)

Responsible for building connections and developing relationships with our community both within and outside the Presidio. The Coordinator will be responsible for developing new audiences through marketing and social media, strengthening ties with our existing audiences by overseeing the volunteer and membership programs, and building relationships with community partners. Associate Curator of Modern and Contemporary Art

Curate applicable collections galleries and originate exhibitions and care for, research, and interpret the collections. Responsible for eCommerce execution and inventory management at the Frank Lloyd Wright Store, located at Taliesin West in Scottsdale, AZ. Working closely with the Store Manager and Director of Retail, the eCommerce and Inventory Specialist administers the Frank Lloyd Wright Store’s online operation including product selection/set-up, purchase order/invoice management, order fulfillment and response/resolution of online customer communication. Responsible for supporting multiple complex systems and museum exhibit technologies, including troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across a variety of technologies, complex systems, and museum exhibits to ensure optimal functionality; and collaborate with the Technology Team, internal departments, and vendors to develop, implement, and support project plans. Salary: 64,000 to $76,000. Donor Engagement Coordinator
Boyce Thompson Arboretum (Superior AZ)

Responsible for establishing and expanding systems to track, thank, and connect our donors to the mission of BTA. The Development Coordinator will solicit, steward, and renew entry to mid-level gifts up to $1,000 annually through all phases of the moves management cycle. This will include designing and implementing strategies for identifying, retaining, and upgrading donors across all levels of support through email, direct mail, and in-person solicitations. This position will also engage our donors through donor cultivation events throughout the year. Salary: $45,000+.  [0725]
