NAGPRA Assistance Program Coordinator 
Archaeology Southwest (Tucson AZ)

Oversee, manage, and provide technical and logistical assistance to BIA in the identification, inventory, and repatriation or appropriate disposition of BIA-controlled Native American cultural items, including Ancestral human remains, held in at least 10 museums and repositories across the American West and Great Plains. Term (August 2024–July 2026 with possible extension; contingent upon funding).  Salary $62,000–$69,000. GS-0193-09 Archaeologist (2 positions)
Grand Canyon National Park (National Park Service)

These are Critical Need Hire positions that can be filled for 30 days with the possibility of another 30-day extension. This appointment does not offer status in the Federal government and cannot be converted to a permanent position.  Hourly Salary:: $28.73 (GS-09 Step 1) to $37.35 (GS-09 step 10) [0803]

Workforce Development Coordinator
SciTech Institute (Phoenix AZ)

Responsible for engaging dozens of organizations across Arizona including businesses, economic development, community and education leaders, chambers of commerce, workforce boards on behalf of SciTech Institute to establish career and skills pathways and opportunities for PK-20.  Salary: $60,000-$65,000.  [0819]

Events Facilitator (Part-time Seasonal, afternoons and evenings)
Taliesin West (Scottsdale AZ)

Attends and facilitates events from set-up to close, predominately during evening and weekend functions. Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends is a must; typical schedule is 2 p.m. to 12 a.m. during the months of October through May.  Weekly hours vary and are based upon the events’ needs but average about 20 hours/week.   Salary: $17.00/hour. President and CEO 
Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation (Scottsdale AZ)

Responsible for the overall direction and leadership of the organization to achieve the Foundation’s mission, vision, strategy, annual fundraising goals and multi-year objectives. The CEO is focused on the long-term sustainability of the Foundation, accomplished through robust fundraising and day-to-day operations. This involves management of a senior staff of six, supervising an overall staff of 100, and a $12 million annual operating budget. The CEO reports directly to the Board of Trustees and works closely with staff leadership to advance mission-oriented activities within each department.  Target Salary: $250,000. [0915]

Museum Operations Manager 
Cave Creek Museum (Cave Creek AZ)

Responsible for the interpretation, preservation, maintenance, and sustainability of the museum. Manages part-time staff in support of museum operations and the Museum Director. Manages the volunteers to ensure support for all museum activities. Works closely with the Museum Director to support the President and Board of Directors to develop and conduct museum activities in support of the organizational strategic plan.   Salary: $40,000 to $45,000/year. Museum Specialist (Tour Guide) 
Rosson House Museum-Heritage Square (Phoenix AZ)

Guide tours through the exhibit spaces at Heritage Square, including the Rosson House Museum, greet visitors, answer questions, and perform cash register transactions for ticketing and retail.   Salary: $16/hour. [0923]

Associate Curator Of Latin American Art
Tucson Museum Of Art And Historic Block (Tucson AZ)

Responsible for managing, developing, and presenting the Tucson Museum of Art's Latin American Art Collection, which includes Spanish Colonial, post- Colonial, Modern and Contemporary, and folk art collections, with emphasis on Art of Ancient Americas. Salary: $60,000 - $75,000.  [0929]

Manager (Cultural Institutions Compliance Manager II) for the Archaeological Records Office (ARO)
Arizona State Museum (Tucson AZ)

Supervises the operations of the ARO, including the administration & implementation of the Arizona Antiquities Act (AAA; A.R.S. ยง 41-841 et seq.), compliance with all policies & procedures outlined by state & federal laws & Arizona Board of Regents (ABOR) rules, & management of both paper & digital versions of archaeological project submission materials submitted to the ARO. The position includes supervision of four 1.0 FTE employees, plus additional university & high school student employees & volunteers.  Salary range: $75,540 - $98,201 [1007]
