MAA is offering a new three-part coaching program to help Arizona museums complete the American Association for State and Local History Award of Excellence nomination process.

1. View an introductory webinar where previous AASLH award winners from Arizona shared their experience and provided information on the nomination process, what makes a good application, and why the award has made a difference for their museum.

2. For those who are interested in applying for the 2024 Awards, MAA will provide coaching, either in a group setting or individually, as the applicants work through their nominations.    

3. MAA is also compiling a list of potential reviewers - people who can fulfill the application requirement of a providing a critical review of the project’s scholarship - one of the more challenging parts of the application process.
